Staff was really friendly and nice, both at the reception and the house keeping. The room was good value for money. There was one problem with the mini bar that felt like it was broken because there was a big piece of ice that was inside. This meant that we couldn't use the fridge as we wanted to. Location is great and very convenient.

breakfast was very good. Coffeesupply is strange. Ok you have a coffeemachine when I expected service in restaurant. Butin my case I wanted to take 3 coffees at once and other people waiting makes me nervous. 2 machines needed when lot of people in hotel.

Their Staff,on our arrival late in the evening of April 28. He was very friendly and very detailed on giving us information as it was our first time visiting Brussels. I told him that he was a Gem for giving such excellent customer service with a very frindly smile. We feel grateful to his excellent service.

Its a quick racing ride from the airport and once checked in, its a comfortable place to stay. Its a pleasant area and has good restaurants in the neighborhood

Amazing experience.... The location just perfect: Either you can walk from the hotel to the European quarter or you can jump on the subway from the station next to the hotel!!!

Room was very nice and clean, receptionist very helpful and friendly, breakfast was basic but OK, in the bathroom were toothbrushes, body lotion, conditioner and shampoo. Perfect. Also there was a cupboard with iron and ironing board.

Perfect location with easy accessibility to the airport by car and around town via metro and tram - both conveniently stopping right outside the hotel. Great location for strolling around the Merode area and going up to the Cinquentenaire park. The room was spacious and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful and kind.

Room, toilet, bathroom and the rest was very clean. Location of the hotel is not far from the center, easy to access, metro stop is next to the hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast served very satisfied.

Very nice hotel. Classic style, well maintained. Good location close - metro and tram in less than 50m. Nice view from our room on Montgomery square. Good breakfast and a very nice breakfast room
